carstereopoint, operating the website carstereopoint.online, offers third-party car audio installation and setup solutions. We operate independently and do not hold sponsorships or affiliations with any electronics manufacturers.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Any quotes or estimates provided over the phone are preliminary and based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing will be confirmed by the installer prior to the commencement of any work. The customer agrees to pay for the services rendered as agreed upon.
4. Hardware and Third-Party Warranties
We may recommend or install third-party hardware (such as stereos, amplifiers, speakers, or wiring harnesses). We do not manufacture this hardware. Any warranties on hardware are strictly between the customer and the hardware manufacturer. We provide a Satisfaction Policy on our labor and installation services from the date of service.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall carstereopoint, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
